ITSupportPanel End User Support

Invarosoft does not provide support to end users directly. Please speak to your MSP (IT Support Provider) to obtain assistance with ITSupportPanel. We have provided some basic FAQs below to assist.

Where/how do i get an activation code?

The activation code is used by ITSupportPanel to place your app into the correct partner (your MSP) & client (your company) on our platform.

This code is obtainable from your MSP ONLY.

For security reasons Invarosoft is unable to provide you with an activation code as we have no ability to verify your identity.

I have activated but i cannot login?

The login process validates the information you provide against your MSP's database that is synced with ITSupportPanel.

If you are unable to login please contact your MSP and they will be able to assist you with your login information.

For security & privacy reasons Invarosoft is unable to assist you in logging into ITSupportPanel.

I have activated but i cannot register?

Registration is not open, you must be pre-listed on the MSPs records in order to register for a login.

If you are unable to register please contact your MSP and they will be able to assist you with your login information.

For security & privacy reasons Invarosoft is unable to assist you with registering a user on ITSupportPanel.

The application is crashing and/or won't stay open on my device

Please contact your MSP first & have them check your device before reporting application faults to us.

If you are experiencing faults with the ITSupportPanel applications stability (i.e. failing to open, crashing, etc), please contact us via email at appfaults@invarosoft.com ensuring you provide us with the following items;

  • The activation code given to you by your MSP.
  • Your login email (if different to the email you use to email us).
  • Your device type.
  • The issue you are experiencing.
